High Quality Components

 live tank circuit breakers provide high reliability based on high quality components, including :

  • Interrupter chamber with self-blast system and reliable single-motion technology
  • Reliable spring-operated mechanism with position indicator clearly visible from outside
  • Pressure relief system for passive protection of substation and personnel
  • Field-proven, temperature-compensated density monitor with two-stage transducer and three-color dial
  • Easy access to the SF6 filling connection (DILO type)
  • SF6 non-return (check) valve on each pole column
  • Opening and closing spring in drive
  • Steel support frame design prevents corrosion issues and provides high safety for employees and high protection against environmental ingress (e.g. ice)

Oil Circuit Breaker

Our circuit breakers feature a self-energizing arc extinguishing chamber, capable of handling all terminal short circuits, nearby fault interruptions, out-of-step, phase-to-ground faults, and line charging currents. They exhibit minimal wear and low arc voltage, enabling continuous breaking of rated short-circuit currents up to 20 times.

With superior insulation performance from SF6 gas, our circuit breakers boast a simple and reliable insulation structure. The reduced number of current-carrying contact components enhances conductivity.

The arc extinguishing chamber has a simple structure, fewer components, lightweight design, and low operating force, resulting in high mechanical reliability. The mechanical lifespan reaches up to 10,000 operations. An optimized insulation structure significantly reduces gas consumption, contributing to environmental protection, while the design ensures strong seismic resistance.

Convenient Installation, Maintenance, and Inspection
Factory-integrated testing allows for quick on-site assembly. Utilizing a unified spring mechanism eliminates concerns about oil or gas leakage, with no daily energy storage monitoring required, making maintenance straightforward.
