The BW-S & DBW-S series single-phase and three-phase fully automatic compensating voltage stabilizers are the latest generation of voltage stabilizer products introduced by our company, utilizing advanced AC voltage regulation technology from Germany and controlled by a sophisticated Digital Signal Processor (DSP). These voltage stabilizers offer high voltage regulation accuracy, fast response speed, and the ability to set the output voltage parameters. The large LCD screen provides an intuitive display of the current voltage and current, while real-time monitoring of the power supply status is available, along with a fault record and storage function.
They are suitable for a variety of high-precision equipment, including medical imaging devices (spiral CT scanners, digital X-ray machines DR, superconducting MRI, etc.), imported printing equipment (Heidelberg, Man Roland, Komori multi-color offset printing machines, etc.), digital broadcasting and television transmitters, CNC machining centers (DMG, Mazak, Haas, etc.), and laser cutting machines (TRUMPF, Bystronic, LVD, Amada, Bond, etc., using IPG, Coherent (USA), Rofin (Germany), Raycus, and Chuangxin laser generators).
When external supply network voltage fluctuations or load changes cause voltage instability, the system can automatically maintain stable output voltage. Additionally, the output voltage can be flexibly adjusted according to user requirements.
The SBW-YY series medical DR-specific voltage stabilizer is a power supply device tailored to the operational characteristics and power requirements of digital flat-panel X-ray machines (DR). The system control uses a 32-bit processor, with digital filtering and dual EMI purification for stable voltage regulation. Additionally, the output voltage can be set to meet the specific voltage requirements of international DR equipment, such as 400V, 380V, etc.
It is widely used in digital flat-panel X-ray machines (DR) from both domestic and international brands, including Siemens (AXIOM Aristos MX series, etc.), GE (Definium series digital radiography systems), Philips (DigitalDiagnost series), Anken (DP series), United Imaging (uDR), Wandong (1000M), Konda (KD-1500), Anke (ASR), and Italy’s GMM, providing reliable power protection for DR equipment in hospitals.
The SBW-YS Printing Equipment Voltage Stabilizer is specially designed by ME for the current mainstream brands of domestic and international four-color, two-color, full-sheet single-color offset printing machines, commercial printers, and newspaper rotary presses, including Heidelberg, Komori, Manroland, Goss, Mitsubishi, and KBA. It is developed based on the performance and operational characteristics of these brands, such as the GTO52, CD102, XL102, SM74, SM52 from Heidelberg, 700, 706, 707, 905 from Manroland, and L429, L440, L426, L428, L540, L640 from Komori.
The printing voltage stabilizer uses an advanced Digital Signal Processor (DSP) for precise control. It offers high voltage regulation accuracy, fast response time, and adjustable output voltage parameters based on the requirements of the printing site. The system features a large LCD screen for intuitive display of current voltage and current, real-time monitoring of power supply operation, and a fault recording function for tracking issues.
For example, the voltage stabilizer for Heidelberg printing machines offers a 400V output voltage for models like GTO52, CD102, XL102, SM74, and SM52, while the stabilizer for Manroland sets the output voltage to 400V for models like 700, 706, 707, and 905. Komori machines, such as L429, L440, L426, L428, L540, and L640, can also be supported with 200V output voltage in a combined transformer and stabilizer unit.
The SBW-SL Three-Phase Laser Equipment Voltage Stabilizer is specifically designed by ME for the performance and operational characteristics of mainstream domestic laser cutting and plasma cutting equipment. It is the latest generation of voltage stabilizer products, developed using advanced Digital Signal Processor (DSP) control technology. This stabilizer offers high voltage regulation accuracy and fast response time, with the output voltage parameters adjustable to meet the requirements of laser cutting equipment, supporting automatic switching between 400V and 380V.
The system features a large LCD screen for intuitive display of current voltage and current, real-time monitoring of the power supply status, and a fault recording function. It provides stable power supply and protection for CO2 and fiber laser cutting machines (including brands like Trumpf, Bystronic, Han's Laser, HG Tech, Bond, and DNE) as well as related equipment such as air compressors, water chillers, and dust collectors, which use laser generators from IPG, Coherent (USA), Rofin (Germany), Raycus, and Chuangxin. This ensures improved production efficiency and processing precision.
The SBW-G Series Three-Phase and Single-Phase Voltage Stabilizer and Transformer Integrated Unit is a next-generation isolation voltage stabilizer featuring a 32-bit DSP digital control system. The control system is fully digital, with true RMS sampling and display.
The unit incorporates a three-phase isolation transformer with a DYN11 connection group on the output side. The third harmonic circulating current in the D-connected winding generates a third harmonic magnetic flux in the transformer, which balances and cancels out the third harmonic magnetic flux in the secondary winding. As a result, harmonic currents are not injected into the public power grid, effectively eliminating harmonics generated by nonlinear loads.
At the same time, when external power network voltage fluctuations or load changes cause voltage variations, the system automatically maintains a stable output voltage. For imported and exported equipment, different countries have different power supply specifications. The Voltage Stabilizer and Transformer Integrated Unit can adjust the output voltage of the isolation transformer to meet the requirements of various voltages, such as three-phase 200V/220V for Japan, 480V for the United States, and other specified voltage values.
