The SBK series low-voltage dry-type transformer for machine tools is specially designed by ME for imported CNC machining centers, imported SMT equipment, printing equipment, laser cutting machines, CNC punching machines, CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, and other machine tools. These machine tool transformers are widely used in circuits with an AC frequency of 50Hz to 60Hz and a voltage below 530V. They are available in two wiring types: three-phase and single-phase. The input voltage is typically available in the following ratings: 480V, 440V, 415V, and 400V. The output voltage is available in the following ratings: 220V, 200V, 190V, 380V, 400V, etc. The rated capacity ranges from 30VA to 600KVA, complying with international and national standards such as IEC439 and GB5226.
Customization: The transformer can be tailored according to the customer's voltage ratio, size, and wiring configuration.
The SG&DG series low-voltage three-phase dry-type isolation transformer is a new generation energy-efficient low-voltage three-phase power transformer developed by ME, referencing similar international products. The SG series three-phase dry-type isolation transformers are widely used in AC circuits with a frequency of 50Hz to 60Hz and voltages up to 1140V. They are commonly used in imported equipment (voltages such as 220V, 380V, 480V, 440V, etc.), precision machine tools, mechanical and electronic equipment, medical devices, rectifiers, lighting systems, and more. The rated capacity ranges from 300VA to 1600KVA, complying with international and national standards such as IEC439, GB5226, and GB1094.11-2007.

The JBK5 series machine tool control transformer is a single-phase isolation transformer, typically used as the control power supply for secondary circuits, lighting, and indicator lights in various machine tools and mechanical equipment. It is also used as the primary power supply for control systems.
Input voltages are 110V, 220V, 380V, and 690V (customizable by the customer), while output voltages include 6V, 6.3V, 9V, 12V, 24V, 48V, 100V, 110V, 120V, and 220V (customizable by the customer). The windings are wound using the layer-by-layer method, and the transformer undergoes vacuum impregnation to achieve an insulation grade of H-class, ensuring that the product performance meets both domestic and international advanced standards.
The JBK5 series machine tool control transformer must be an isolation transformer, not an autotransformer. Otherwise, it will not only fail to provide the necessary maintenance and protection for the equipment but may also pose a risk of electrical shock to operators.
